I also use approaches such as somatic experiencing, internal family systems, mindfulness and polyvagal theory alongside eastern philosophies of energy and intuition to create healing for individuals.

My approach incorporates your mind, body, soul and connection to spirit. In these sessions we will help you tune out the world around you and break down your walls and discover more of yourself. Once you've gotten to know and love who you are on the inside, we'll teach you how to nurture and protect that person as you go through your daily life.
