So there’s something that I'm always trying to teach clients.
It's to be still and listen to their inner voice.
We do this through mediation.
I hear ‘yeah Cherie, I tried meditation once, it’s not for me.’
I don’t force meditation on any client. I'm well aware that there are those on the fence and for some with big lives meditation is hard.
If you already utilise meditation and want a short cut to some good meditations here are my top 5 free meditations that I give out to clients.
Yoga Barn is a yoga studio in Bali who are doing Facebook live meditations and yoga. Check out their past videos or daily lives to jump on a session.
Insight Timer. This is an app which I often recommend that clients have a look at. It has loads of different types of meditations and relaxation music.
Yoga Nidra. This is a particular style of meditation where you are encouraged to lay down and fall asleep! This link directs you to Leah Cruz’s yoga nidra recordings which are free to download.
Joe Dispenza – GoLov. Now this meditation is not for everyone. The style is very different but pretty powerful if people can lean into it.
Gabby Bernstein. This is for newbies. This is a short 2 minute clip on a mantra that can be used repeated to increase concentration and calm and begin a meditation practice.
But my go to is the Tibetan Heart Meditation. Its only 9 minutes and most clients find it pretty easy to follow and like.
But there are so many so explore away!
