Breath of Fire: A Simple Reset for Your Body + Mind

 

If you’ve been feeling flat, overwhelmed, or caught in your head, Breath of Fire is one of my favourite practices to quickly regulate the nervous system and bring you back into your body.

It’s a gentle but powerful breath technique that helps to:

✨ clear mental fog
✨ release stagnant energy
✨ boost focus
✨ increase heat + vitality in the body
✨ shift you out of stress and into presence

It’s especially helpful when you feel disconnected, tired, or stuck — or when your body is giving you signals you’ve been overriding.

In this short video, I’ll guide you through a simple Breath of Fire practice you can use anytime you need a reset.

It only takes a minute or two, but it can completely shift your state.
